After the sugar and butter-filled birthday weekend, I can't wait to get back to the greens!
We went and re-stocked on the veggies today while soaking in some Vitamin D. It was such a wonderful sunny autumn day.

Unfortunately, I still need to learn the art of freezing vegetables. Today I took out the baby carrots I froze and they were so extremely soft and looked horrible so I tried salvaging them by boiling them. Let's see how long they last. Ah well, life would be boring if we didn't make mistakes. Besides, if we learn through mistakes, concepts stick with us longer and harder.
